University of Sober Living Returns Policy

At University of Sober Living, all our products are made to order and one-of-a-kind, which means we do not accept returns unless there is a quality issue. We stand by the craftsmanship of our items, and if you encounter any defects or damage upon receiving your order, we are happy to assist you.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You can reach us at info@universityofsoberliving.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items Since our products are custom-made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect sizing. If you have any concerns about your order, please reach out to us before purchasing. Unfortunately, we also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges Because each item is uniquely made to order, we do not offer exchanges. If there is a quality issue with your item, please contact us at info@universityofsoberliving, and we will work with you to find a resolution.

Refunds If your return is approved due to a quality issue, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your item. If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at info@universityofsoberliving.
